A Pearl in the oyster:
Ever since I was a child, I have continuously felt myself giving love to others. Even my Mother seemed not to understand how I could be able to show love through all of my childhood confusion but it seemed as if it was the way to be. It was what I was and it appeared as if I was really just going through the motions of loving. I still do that now but I am conscious that it is What I AM. There is a very big difference.
Recently, I was lying in bed with my usual reflection on Self and I got to thinking of loving one’s selfreally loving one’s self. I know that we have oftentimes thought of preening and treating our bodies and saying things like we are ’ looking out for number one’ but how does one really love one’s self. I thought of the ego’s selfish way of loving from a standpoint of selfish separateness where there was not a thought of another but rather a greed for the one.
Immediately, I became aware of an influx of Light and the guidance of the ‘Love’ meditation started flowing through my body. I saw it purposefully filling my entire body, all of my cells, my organs and extremities an incredible Love energy. It felt entirely new to me because of how it was presented. I knew that I love myself but not in this manner. After the Light had filled me up, I was directed to send it to others and then to my country and then all the places that I saw stilled steeped in the woes of darkness and then to my entire global family. At the end of it, I knew how to love myself but this love was all embracingmore like my Self showed me how to love me. I felt a oneness with everything because everything and all beings were out of the One Love which had encompassed me.
I journaled the meditation as best I could remember and then when I thought that the ‘Love’ idea had been spent on the meditation and that I was finished writing, the energy continued to come and just kept pouring out of me like rich oil..... in one sitting, this poem was recorded and a brand new era has begun.....It feels as if my learning / re-membering Love has culminated with this final integration.....
Try doing the meditation on Love first and then saying this to yourself with feeling..... I trust that it will serve you as it did me.....

I AM Love, I AM the perfect gift, given to existence from the Source of ALL that is
I AM the wondrous vehicle in which ALL must travel through time and space into the eternity of Joy

I AM Love, I AM ALL there is
I AM the only reality in every experience

I AM Love, I AM set apart to and by those who fear their own omnipotence and I AM embraced by those who KNOW me and FEEL me at the core of their souls

I AM Love, I AM the wondrous, all embracing, all encompassing, omnipresent, omniscient, ever abiding Love that is God.
