~ Ordering & Payment Options ~

Credit Card Secure Payment
We welcome secure online payments with Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, and eCheck. Your order will be processed immediately using a bank card and upon clearance for eChecks. Add your items to the secure shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, select "Credit Card Secure Payment". You will be directed to the Pal Pal website where you may securely complete the transaction. Pay Pal is our credit card processor and membership is not required to complete your purchase, as with any other credit card processor. Pay Pal members will have an opportunity to login at this point. This is an extremely safe method for you to complete your purchase with the highest security measures available online. Shop without sharing your financial information!

Mail In Check/Money Order
For those who prefer not to provide financial information online, orders may also be paid by check or money order. For International orders being paid in this manner, payment must be in U.S. funds and written in English. Add the items you would like to purchase to the secure shopping cart. Enter your contact and delivery information. When you are ready to check out, simply choose "Mail In Check/Money Order". Please send a copy of the order or print the order number on your check so we can credit the payment to you. All the information you need will be on your order form, but just in case, our address is below. Company and personal checks are accepted however your check will have to clear before your order is processed and shipped. Orders paid with a money order will ship upon receipt based on the availability of the item or items. Orders processed online in this manner will expire at 15 days if payment is not received.

~ Shipping ~

Order delivery in the USA including Alaska and Hawaii:

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground or Parcel Post for heavy weight items, 1st Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail for all others. We reserve the right to select the shipping method without further cost to you. Orders are shipped as soon as possible in the order that they are received. In stock items are shipped within seven days. When your order ships, you will be sent an email with the tracking number, (UPS), or the Delivery Confirmation number (USPS Priority Mail,
1st Class, and Parcel Post). A Delivery Confirmation number is NOT a tracking number. It provides a confirmation of delivery but no further information is available until it arrives. Upon tracking the number you will receive a message, "Electronic Shipping Info Received". When you receive the email with the number, the package has been shipped. Priority Mail is usually delivered within 3-4 business days from time of shipment (Will vary by location). UPS delivery times will also vary by location. Please be sure to include a valid email address with your order so we may provide the notification service.

Orders sent that are undeliverable for any reason will not be re-shipped so please be sure you provide the correct address to accept delivery of the package.

Embroidered clothing, stained glass, dichroic pendants, setting of selected gemstones in jewelry, or gold jewelry that is cast when ordered will require extra time for delivery due to special handling.

U.S. Shipping charges are added at check out. If you have a special request or need your package by a specific date, please let us know via the "Additional Comments" section in your shopping cart. We'll do our best to accomodate you but cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.

Order delivery to International destinations:

International orders are subject to higher shipping charges. Your shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the shopping cart when you select your country from the drop down list during check out. Due to the expense of international shipping there may be additional charges for oversize and heavy weight items. You will be sent an
e-invoice (e-mail) with these additional charges which must be paid prior to shipment.

Your order will be sent to you in one shipment because of the high cost of International shipping. If an item you order is not immediately available, we will hold the package until we can provide the complete order. Any customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are limited to the countries found on the "Country" list in the shopping cart. If your country does not appear on the list, we will not be able to proceed with the order.

Your package will be shipped via International Priority Mail to your country. International Priority Mail usualy takes between 6 and 10 business days to arrive but may also be delayed by customs upon arrival. Your email address and telephone number are provided to customs with the package so customs in your country may contact you if any fees are due.

~ Back Orders ~

Back orders do occur! We offer very beautiful and unusual products. Due to the specialized nature of our jewelry and gift items, occasionally our suppliers are delayed with their shipments to us. Most of the items are cultural or ethnic in origin and arrive from overseas causing the delay. We try to keep as much as possible in stock at all times, and if not immediately available it is usually a short wait but can be as much as a month. We will ship back ordered items separately from other items in your order without further cost to you as soon as they arrive.

~ Special Orders & Custom Items ~

Embroidered clothing, stained glass, dichroic pendants, setting of optional gemstones in jewelry, or gold jewelry that is cast when ordered will require extra time for delivery due to special handling. In order to provide this service, we rely
on our professionals to produce these unique items.

All special order items may not be cancelled or changed once ordered.

Approximate additional time to produce these items is listed below.
These estimates do not include shipping time:

Custom choice embroidered clothing - 2 weeks.
Stained Glass Chakras, Reiki, and Celestial - 2 weeks
Custom Dichroic Pendants - 2 weeks
Setting of optional gemstones - 1 week
Gold jewelry - 6 to 8 weeks

~ Fair Trade and Cottage Industries ~

We support fair and ethical trade practices in the production of the jewelry and gifts we offer. Our suppliers have arrangements with many small businesses to provide their products produced by artisans, based on the Gandhian concept of cottage industry, fair trade, and ethical trade.

~ Return Policy ~

Special Order and custom made items listed above may not be returned.

We have very strict quality control, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will pay for the cost of shipping it back to us and gladly replace the item

For all other returns, within 5 days of receipt of your order, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee and the shipping charges will not be refunded. We will process the return/exchange after we receive the product back in brand new and resaleable condition. Please contact us first to arrange a return or exchange. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Refused shipments will incur a re-stocking fee of 20% and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Orders sent that are undeliverable for any reason will not be re-shipped so please be sure you provide the correct address to accept delivery of the package.

~ Privacy Policy ~

Under no circumstances will we share your personal information with any third party for the purposes of marketing or email distribution. Any information gathered by us by way of email or order placement will remain private.
